Highfield statement: We’re still here to help you

Further to the Prime Minister’s statement to the nation on 23 March 2020, we’ve had a number of enquiries asking if we are still open for business.

The good news is that we are, though of course we are observing the relevant guidance on social distancing and we are adapting to home working, many of us whilst home schooling.

We now have telephone lines set up at home and teams in place to support our customers. It won’t be as ‘slick’ as usual, and we may sometimes need to ask relevant departments to ring you back, but rest assured, we will get back to you.

If you require anything please do not hesitate to ring through, however, you can also send an email to info@highfield.co.uk and we will ensure that the message is answered by the relevant team.

We are determined to make it as ‘business as usual’ as we possibly can, and we are still answering every call and every email as quickly as possible. To that end you can still contact us on the normal details.

We are very aware that ‘faceto-face’ training is not possible at the moment, so to support our centres we have launched a new initiative called ‘Qualify at Home’. We hope our new 3step process can help keep your business on the front foot during the COVID-19 crisis, and turn home working into home learning and qualifying.

Qualify at Home brings together remote invigilation, e-assessment and e-learning (or ekits). That means you can now offer customers a solution, whether they’re working from home or even in isolation.

You can find out more here: https://www.highfieldqualifications.com/distance-learning

You can also join one of our free webinars explaining more on Qualify at Home here: https://centres.highfieldqualifications.com/Events/Default.aspx

These are uncertain times, but we’re still here. Please feel free to get in touch with us to see how we can support your business through this difficult period.

 Best wishes

 Richard, Jason and Chris
