The good news is that we are, though of course we are observing the relevant guidance on social distancing and we are adapting to home working, many of us whilst home schooling.
We now have telephone lines set up at home and teams in place to support our customers. It won’t be as ‘slick’ as usual, and we may sometimes need to ask relevant departments to ring you back, but rest assured, we will get back to you.

We are very aware that ‘face–to-face’ training is not possible at the moment, so to support our centres we have launched a new initiative called ‘Qualify at Home’. We hope our new 3–step process can help keep your business on the front foot during the COVID-19 crisis, and turn home working into home learning and qualifying.
Qualify at Home brings together remote invigilation, e-assessment and e-learning (or e–kits). That means you can now offer customers a solution, whether they’re working from home or even in isolation.
