Steve Pepper, of Steve Pepper Training Associates – which is a HABC Approved Centre – has so far created four monthly webinars that provide a snapshot of food safety topics such as an introduction to the topic and understanding the food hygiene rating system. The webinars feature some of the UK’s best known food safety experts, including Highfield author and trainer Jude Hutchinson.
Speaking of the seminars, food safety expert Steve Pepper said, ‘The aim is to make these webinars the go-to place for trainers and interested foodies, completely free of charge. We have created four so far, with the latest one in early September providing an update on E.coli O157’.
