Highfield Qualifications is recognised as an end-point assessment organisation (EPAO) by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and sits on the Register of End Point Assessment Organisations.
EPA services are offered through our Highfield Assessment brand.
New qualifications for recruitment have been launched by Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).
The qualifications, which can be delivered stand-alone or as part of an apprenticeship framework, are designed to attract new talent into the recruitment sector and upskill the workforce to meet employer needs.
The titles of the recruitment training qualifications are:
- HABC Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
- HABC Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
- HABC Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment
- HABC Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
- HABC Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Recruitment Practice
- HABC Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Recruitment
The Level 2 qualifications can be used to form part of the Intermediate Level Apprenticeships in Recruitment Resourcing, while the Level 3 qualifications as part of the Advanced Level Apprenticeship in the same subject. The Level 4 qualifications can be used to form part of the Higher Apprenticeship in Recruitment.

It is estimated that each year the recruitment industry is responsible for placing an estimated 1.1 to 1.5 million individuals in jobs, emphasising its importance to the success of the overall economy
